But the best of course was the massage from Paula herself. I never wanted it to end and I did drift away to that good place in between consciousness and sleep. "I wish there were more stars! I’ve had massages in the past, they don’t compare to Paula’s. The pain in my shoulder had been constant for three weeks. After the mat, pen, shoulder wrap, and the lights, I left with only feeling a small amount of pain in my shoulder but only when I moved it in a certain direction.
